Safe Practice Plan

Our number one priority is the safety and wellness of our clients. As regulated health care professionals, your physiotherapist will continue to abide strictly to the specific guidelines from the Government of British Columbia and our provincial regulatory body regarding COVID-19 and other illnesses. We would like to inform you of the safe practice plan we are implementing at our clinic.

1. Visitors to the clinic are no longer required to wear a mask, however masks are available and your clinician will wear one upon request.

2. To avoid congestion, we will be following strict start and stop times, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment.

3. Hand Sanitizer will be at the door upon arrival and also available in clinic for your use.

4. Virtual Physiotherapy will continue to be available when appropriate.

5. We are continuing to be extra vigilant in adhering to Infection Control Policies.

6. Treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized after each patient.

7. Washrooms will be frequently sanitized.

8. Physiotherapists have the right to refuse treatment to anyone exhibiting symptoms. If you are feeling sick please stay home. If you have to cancel within 24 hours our cancellation fee will be waived.

10. Physiotherapists will follow the same guidelines and will stay at home if sick.
